On 28 April 2026, trustees and staff came together to reflect on our vision, values, and strategic direction, while also exploring our priorities for the year’s ahead. The session, facilitated by Trustee Daljit Kumar, created space for a vibrant and wide-ranging discussion on how Sandwell Advocacy will continue to develop and grow over the next five years.
The conversation focused on strengthening our strategic direction and ensuring that our future development remains aligned with our core purpose. We considered how best to sustain and enhance the high-quality support we provide, reaffirming our commitment to delivering accessible, responsive advocacy services to the people of Sandwell.
Daljit reflected on the session, stating: “Bringing trustees and staff together created a valuable space for open reflection and forward thinking. The discussions reinforced our shared commitment to strengthening trust, staying true to our values, and ensuring that our strategic direction continues to be shaped by the needs of the people we serve.
