Trustees and staff came together for an organisation Away Day on the 9th July 2026 at Sandwell Park Farm, West Bromwich. The day was facilitated by Daljit Kumar, one of our Trustees and the theme of the day was “storytelling”.
Topics discussed included marketing and the use of animation and how we can make our services even more accessible, there was a discussion of governance issues and we also enjoyed some group activities.
In addition, the organisation business plan was reviewed to ensure that all present had a voice and a part to play in how we move the charity forward, including a discussion of best practices.
A great day for all of us to be together and discuss how we can make the Sandwell Advocacy even better for both staff and partners!!
