We are really pleased to announce that The Eveson Trust have approved our funding application to pilot an advocacy project for young carers aged between 18-25. It is well known that we have been providing advocacy support for young carers aged up to 18 year’s old for many years now. This funding will allow us to work with this older age group as part of their transition from children’s to adult services and look to address their emerging needs they may face at this stage such as education, employment, emotional wellbeing etc.
We are of course extremely grateful to the Eveson Trust for their support.
