Our Spot Purchase Advocacy Service provides a flexible, responsive option for commissioning specific types of advocacy on a one-off or short-term basis. This approach ensures that when a need arises, whether urgent, specialised, or outside existing contracted provision, support can be secured quickly and efficiently.
We offer a broad range of spot-purchased advocacy, including Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Care Act Advocacy, Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR) services, Child Protection Advocacy, Group and general advocacy support. Whatever the circumstances, our commitment is to respond promptly, address service gaps, and ensure individuals receive representation and guidance without unnecessary delay.
Spot-purchased services can be funded by local authorities, NHS trusts, solicitors, voluntary organisations, or private individuals. This flexible model is particularly valuable where existing services are at capacity, unavailable, or where a specialist form of advocacy is required. Through this provision, individuals are supported to access essential services, understand their rights, express their views, and make informed decisions.
