On  the 19th of  December 2025, Sandwell Advocacy hosted a festive Christmas meal for parents, carers, children, young people, and advocates at a local buffet restaurant.

The relaxed and informal setting created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to connect, share experiences, and enjoy a memorable celebration together. Informal conversations during the meal also provided an opportunity for children, young people, and their families to feel reassured about the advocacy support available to them.

Events such as this help to build confidence in accessing support and encourage individuals to seek help when needed. They also strengthen relationships, foster a sense of belonging, and promote greater engagement in peer and group activities.
